Summary

Join PandaDoc's growing Revenue Operations team as a Sr. Revenue Operations Manager to support the GTM organization. You will be a process-driven, technical expert, optimizing the marketing engine architecture and tech stack, and working with senior leaders to advance marketing operations. This role involves strategizing operational maturity, leading strategic projects, and supporting company revenue goals. Responsibilities include building and optimizing the tech stack, partnering with leadership to optimize marketing programs, building lead scoring systems, identifying marketing funnel gaps, performing in-depth analysis, collaborating with sales operations, and identifying new capabilities for scaling. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience at a SaaS company, experience with multi-channel marketing and PLG strategies, and expertise in marketing automation and technology stacks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant Revenue/Marketing Operations experience at a scale-up SaaS company
  • Experience executing multi-channel marketing and PLG strategies and aligning various stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to shared pipeline goals
  • Ability to execute marketing operations concepts including workflow management, segmentation, reporting, and managing lead lifecycle
  • Previous experience building marketing technology stacks and integrating tools to support business objectives
  • Hands on experience as a marketing automation platform architect, and practitioner
  • Deep knowledge in various performance marketing and demand generation channels (SEM, SEO, display, Content marketing, Review websites, Retargeting, Email, Offline, etc.)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, ability to balance multiple project and deliverables
  • Highly analytical and able to translate complex data into simple insights
  • Excel/Sheets power user comfortable manipulating large sets of data
  • Creative problem-solver who can manage multiple projects with ease and finesse

Responsibilities

  • Be part of the larger centralized Revenue Operations team building and guiding our revenue engine for scale
  • Help build and optimize a robust tech stack for our revenue team (primarily, Hubspot, SFDC, LeanData, Drift, Clearbit, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Fullcircle, Zoom Webinar, Demandbase)
  • Partner with Marketing Leadership and Director of Marketing Operations to optimize results for revenue-positive marketing programs and campaigns
  • Partner with our Data Science team to build lead scoring and lead lifecycle systems to optimize lead distribution for sales
  • Use data insights to proactively identify gaps in the marketing funnel and surface opportunities
  • Perform in-depth analysis for major new marketing initiatives and programs: identify trends, solve problems and report results
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership and Sales Operations to ensure best in class response to top of funnel
  • Identify, scope and build business cases for new capabilities required to scale: People, Process, and Tools
