This role reports to the Head of Finance and involves cross-functional collaboration to align processes, remove friction, and accelerate revenue growth. You will own and optimize HubSpot CRM, build lead routing systems, design GTM workflows, develop dashboards and reports, improve forecasting accuracy, and partner with Finance to streamline billing. Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy in a SaaS environment
  • Hands-on HubSpot CRM expertise, including automation, reporting, and integrations
  • Strong data management skills (cleaning, segmentation, and enrichment)
  • Proven experience in high-velocity, high-volume sales cycles (e.g., SMB SaaS)
  • Ability to automate and optimize lead management, deal flows, and contract execution
  • Experience designing and optimizing GTM processes, including contract workflows, e-signatures, and renewal tracking for high-volume, high-velocity deals
  • Deep understanding of RevOps KPIs, forecasting, and revenue analytics
  • Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, HubSpot native workflows)
  • Familiarity with e-signature, billing, and customer lifecycle management tools (Stripe, DocuSign, PandaDoc)
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skillsโ€”aligning Sales, Marketing, and CS teams

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize HubSpot CRM, ensuring data cleanliness, automation, and seamless integration with sales, marketing, and finance tools
  • Build lead routing and scoring systems to ensure SDRs and AEs focus on the right prospects
  • Design and optimize GTM workflows, including contract workflows, e-signatures, and renewal tracking for high-volume, high-velocity deals
  • Develop real-time dashboards and reports in HubSpot to track key metrics
  • Improve forecasting accuracy by analyzing deal velocity, pipeline health, and win-loss rates
  • Partner with Finance to streamline billing and payments, ensuring revenue recognition aligns with sales data
  • Align Sales, Marketing, and CS teams through process standardization and automation
  • Drive compensation models and performance incentives to optimize SDR/AE efficiency
  • Implement self-serve purchasing workflows and frictionless upsell/cross-sell motions
