You will own the systems and processes for analyzing, tracking targets, and optimizing sales funnels, forecasting, and reporting to drive existing business growth. This role involves close collaboration with various teams, including Account Management, Marketing, SDR, and New Business, to ensure a smooth customer experience. You will be responsible for tasks such as territory and portfolio planning, handover process implementation, CPQ and quoting implementation, and forecasting. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and communication skills, experience in a B2B SaaS company, and proficiency in relevant tools like HubSpot. Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree
- Possess proven experience in an analytical role in a B2B SaaS company
- Demonstrate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Have experience and expertise with HubSpot
- Possess excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented and proactive approach
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Have the ability to create and implement strategy and implementation plans, ranging from territory management to Outreach implementation
- Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights
- Possess strong communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain territories and portfolio planning in alignment with GTM teams
- Implement and maintain a smooth handover process between pre-and-post sales teams, as well as expansion sales
- Implement and maintain CPQ and quoting processes
- Implement and manage tools such as Outreach
- Own models and execution on Quarterly and weekly Forecasting
- Develop and maintain headcount modelling
- Support Solutions engineering workflow
Preferred Qualifications
Have experience with lead generation and data tools such as Chilipiper, Zoominfo
