Senior Risk Management Officer

Summary

Join Pleo's Second Line Risk and Compliance team as a Senior Risk Management Officer to develop and evolve the Enterprise Risk Management function, working independently to ensure robust risk assessment and mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Have experience in Public or Scaling Companies
• Have experience in Enterprise Risk Management
• Are Self-Motivated
• Have Regulatory Knowledge
• Have Strong Analytical Skills
• Have Strong Communication Skills

Responsibilities

• Lead on our enterprise risk management programme
• Develop and present comprehensive risk reports to key stakeholders across Pleo Group and governance forums
• Provide expert advice on risk management strategies to senior leadership and supporting decision-making processes
• Work on enhancing our oversight and control framework for Pleo credit offering, working closely with the First Line of Defence credit team and the Credit Risk Committee
• Foster a strong risk culture within the organization, promoting risk awareness and best practices across all levels
