Senior Sales Executive

Summary

The job is for a sales professional with extensive experience in selling to hospitals, who will leverage their existing relationships with hospitals to drive revenue for Clipboard Health, a fast-growing tech startup in the healthcare talent marketplace. The role requires extreme ownership, curiosity, and scrappiness, and offers competitive compensation, unlimited PTO, and the opportunity to work part-time.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience selling to hospitals (if the Chief Nursing Officer or Chief Human Resources Officer was involved in the buying process, that is a huge plus)
• Proven top performer in previous sales roles. You consistently achieved quota and were in the top 20% of your peers
• Highly driven and tenacious individual with a strong sense of urgency (speed is our advantage), execution focus, and ability to excel in a fast paced, dynamic and intense environment
• Must be based in North America, with ability and willingness to occasionally travel (for example to conferences and prospect visits)

Responsibilities

• Ask your rolodex 'how is staffing going?', find systems in need, and shepherd the opportunities through to close
• Occasionally travel to conferences you like going to, on our dime
