Requirements

• A hunger and a passion for sales
• 10+ years relevant professional experience in an enterprise software/solution sales role, you have ideally spent time in a fast-growing organization
• Exposure to SaaS software and its benefits
• Experience working within the Insurance market or tech start-up is an asset, but not required
• Must be both technically and commercially savvy, with good discovery & listening skills
• Ability to diligently manage competing deadlines in a target driven environment
• High EQ with a confident presentation style and networking skills

Responsibilities

• Participate in creating a go-to-market strategy for a new segment
• Open, qualify and close deals direct prospecting, campaign management (with marketing help), networking, relationships, and referrals
• Lead all aspects of the sales process including new business development, client research, objection handling, customer demos (with support of our Technical Pre-Sales team), pricing, closing, and follow up
• Understand the INSTANDA value proposition and stay on top of evolutions in the market
• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
• Achieve and exceed sales targets
