Join Unity as a Senior Sales Overlay to lead and manage Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) across the AMER region. The ideal candidate possesses senior-level sales experience in the software/SaaS industry, expertise in complex deal structures, and strong cross-departmental collaboration skills. Relocation and visa sponsorship are not offered for this position.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in sales, with a proven track record in the software/SaaS industry
- Expertise in complex deal structures, enterprise contracting, and negotiation in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong ability to collaborate across departments, including sales, finance, legal, and compliance
- Strategic mindset with a history of developing and executing successful market strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with both internal teams and external customers
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for Unityโs Independent Software Vendors across the AMER region
- Partner with sales, finance, legal, compliance, customer success and other internal stakeholders to ensure ISV distribution licenses are accurately priced and aligned with Unityโs objectives
- Support sales in Customer-facing meetings to uncover use cases where ISV distribution licenses create additional revenue streams, competitive advantage or operational efficiencies for Customers
- Act as a trusted advisor to the GTM teams, providing feedback from the market to help shape Unityโs offering and roadmap for greater adaptability
- Navigate complex deal structures and enterprise contracting processes to drive successful outcomes for Unity and its customers
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with ISV, embedded licensing models, or distribution agreements

Gross pay salary $151,200 โ $189,000 USD
