Requirements
- 2-3 years in BD, sales, or related roles, ideally in Web3/DeFi, with a track record of managing pipelines and closing deals
- Strong understanding of DeFi, Web3, and crypto protocols, with the ability to translate technical topics into business value
- Experience qualifying leads, managing outbound/inbound sales, and nurturing client relationships to drive long-term success
- Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to manage multiple priorities, and proficiency with CRM tools
- Comfortable representing the company at Web3/DeFi events, networking with industry leaders, and identifying strategic opportunities
Responsibilities
- Manage and qualify inbound leads, progressing them through the pipeline to ensure a seamless customer journey from initial outreach to closed-won deals
- Spearhead outbound efforts to identify and engage key projects and stakeholders, driving new business opportunities
- Support the Head of Strategy and partner with the VP of Business Operations to advance deals by preparing proposals, contract templates, and other materials while supporting in facilitating legal and commercial aspects to ensure alignment with company objectives
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospects and clients throughout the deal cycle, ensuring consistent and professional communication
- Coordinate and schedule calls, meetings, and follow-ups to maintain deal momentum
- Track and document meeting notes, action items, and updates, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned
- Serve as a business overlay to vertical leads and customer success, facilitating renewal and upsell strategies by aligning customer needs with business objectives and maximizing value
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless handoffs and ongoing communication with clients
- Build and nurture key customer relationships, focusing on driving long-term value and satisfaction
- Clearly articulate and develop value propositions for projects in the pipeline to drive and qualify leads effectively
- Represent the company at key Web3, Fintech, Blockchain, and DeFi events to network with potential partners and customers
- Identify and pursue strategic opportunities by engaging with industry leaders and influencers
