Summary

Join Elite Technology as a Senior Salesforce Administrator and become the subject matter expert for our Salesforce CPQ platform. You will own and maintain the platform, ensuring its integrity and performance. Responsibilities include designing and managing complex product bundles, developing product rules, implementing price rules and models, leading system enhancements and integrations, and designing automation for quoting and approvals. You will also partner with stakeholders, troubleshoot issues, provide training, and support the overall goals of the company. This is a remote position with a preference for candidates in the Greater New York Metropolitan area.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience, with 3+ years specializing in Salesforce CPQ
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technologies or Computer Science, or equivalent experience is a plus
  • Proven expertise in configuring complex product bundles and managing nested bundle logic
  • Deep understanding of Product Rules and how to use them for advanced use cases
  • Strong experience building and managing Price Rules, Pricing Conditions, and Lookup Queries
  • Experience with Salesforce Flows (Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, and Scheduled Flows) for building declarative automation
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the Salesforce CPQ platform, ensuring system integrity and performance
  • Design, build, and manage complex product bundles that reflect our pricing and product strategy
  • Develop and maintain product rules (selection, validation, and alert rules) to drive selling experience
  • Implement and optimize price rules, discount schedules, and pricing models to reflect dynamic business needs
  • Lead system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations with other business systems
  • Design and maintain automation that supports quoting, approvals, and deal lifecycle processes
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver enhancements
  • Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution for CPQ-related issues
  • Provide training and documentation to internal users and business partners
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the department/company

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification is strongly preferred
  • Experience with Document Generation tools (Conga, DocuSign CLM) and Dev Ops tools (Copado, Gearset) a plus
