Summary

Join our team as a Salesforce Administrator and play a key role in maintaining daily operations, supporting the loan application process, and optimizing CRM workflows. Collaborate with a small, effective team of developers, QA staff, and business users. Troubleshoot issues, configure workflows, and create reports. This position requires 2-3 years of experience and Salesforce Administrator certification. Advanced certification and familiarity with various programming languages and systems are preferred.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, or a combination of development experience
  • Salesforce Administrator certification

Responsibilities

  • Provide user support and assist with troubleshooting system issues
  • Maintain and create support documentation for internal use
  • Support the management of security levels, roles, profiles, and permissions within Salesforce
  • Assist team members with QA testing and ensure the quality of updates
  • Handle tickets related to system issues and escalate unresolved issues to management
  • Help manage Salesforce roles and profiles, ensuring users are appropriately provisioned and supported

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Familiarity with languages such as Apex, Java, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience with systems like Jira, Confluence, Cirrus Insight, FormAssembly, Gearset, Nintex, Skuid, and Talkdesk
  • Experience providing support to users and assisting with troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of the mortgage industry, real estate transactions, or financial products
