Summary

Join Wonolo as a Senior Salesforce Administrator to support their growing business architecture. Work cross-functionally with various internal teams utilizing Salesforce, including Product, Sales, Account Management, Support & Marketing. This role is critical in ensuring that Wonolo’s teams have the technology, tools and resources they need to succeed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience delivering enterprise software solutions using Salesforce.com
  • Salesforce Admin certification
  • Solid understanding & knowledge of SFDC configuration including: Custom Object Relationships, Automations (Workflows, Flows, Process Builder), Lightning Experience (Classic helpful), Chatter / Macros / Knowledge / Einstein Bot / Communities
  • Action-oriented. Experience with loading and managing sprint deliverables
  • Comfortable working independently in an extremely fast-paced high-growth team environment
  • Effective presentation, technical writing, analytical, and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve as administrator for Sales and Service cloud
  • Provide support for new processes needed by key stakeholders across the organization
  • Work cross-functionally to gather, analyze, prioritize, and refine Salesforce business requirements
  • Create business analysis documentation including user stories, usage scenarios, process flows, data dictionaries, requirements traceability matrices, design documents, and project schedules
  • Optimize Salesforce configurations to align with business processes, improve user experience, and drive operational efficiency
  • Maintain a consistent work ethic while working through diverse requests and an ever-changing startup environment
  • Provide subject matter expertise for Salesforce platform, processes, and solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with product, engineering or other technical teams
  • Experience with Apex, HTML, SOQL
  • Experience with Marketo, LeanData, and/or other Marketing tools
