You will lead the evaluation and enhancement of business processes, manage complex Salesforce configurations, and drive the design, build, and implementation of custom solutions focused on the Sales Cloud and Quote to Cash. Your strong communication and collaboration skills will be essential in aligning technical requirements with strategic business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Demonstrative expertise with CPQ products, having hands-on experience with project management for implementation, iteration and maintenance is a requirement for this role
  • Proficiency in the role of Docusign admin - configuration, customization, and implementation experience required
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar senior role in SaaS B2B
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud features and functionality, bridging the platform with Sales and Deal Desk best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work directly with stakeholders and lead cross-functional team projects
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with data modeling, reports, and dashboards in Salesforce

Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements and objectives
  • Translate stakeholder business requirements into scalable, efficient Salesforce solutions focused on Quote to Cash
  • Proactive evaluation and optimization of business processes and systems health
  • Ownership of complex CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solution, supporting dynamic pricing models and sales strategies
  • Develop solutions that integrate pricing, product configurations, contractual terms, and e-signature
  • Stay informed on the latest Salesforce releases to propose modern, automated solutions
  • Manage a broad range of Salesforce projects and tasks which can include configuration, customization, and implementation, ensuring solutions meet business needs
  • Serve as the primary liaison between go to market stakeholders and technical teams to facilitate collaboration and alignment
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports to stakeholders on the status and impact of Salesforce projects
  • Collaborate closely with the larger Salesforce team to ensure solutions and administration are in line with large scale project efforts, recognizing dependencies and coordinating complex deployments
  • Develop detailed solution documentation and technical specifications for Salesforce enhancements and integrations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certification is a plus
  • CPQ certification is preferred
  • Ability to work with teams and stakeholders of different backgrounds and time zones in a multicultural environment
  • Experience working with Agile teams and using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Monday, etc
  • Motivated, high-potential performer, with demonstrated ability to influence and lead
  • Able to solve complex problems and successfully manage ambiguity and unexpected change
