Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar senior role in SaaS B2B
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and business processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in the Salesforce platform, Salesforce CPQ, and Docusign configuration, customization, and implementation required
- Experience with data management, reports, and dashboards in Salesforce
- Ability to work with teams and stakeholders of different backgrounds and time zones in a multicultural environment
- Motivated, high-potential performer, with demonstrated ability to influence and lead
- Able to solve complex problems and successfully manage ambiguity and unexpected change

Responsibilities
- Engage directly with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements and objectives
- Translate stakeholder requests into scalable, efficient Salesforce solutions for the full range of quote to cash requirements
- Lead the evaluation and optimization of business processes to enhance system capabilities
- Configure Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) module to support complex pricing models and sales strategies
- Develop solutions that integrate pricing, product configurations, contractual terms, and e-signature
- Stay informed on the latest Salesforce releases to propose modern, automated solutions
- Manage a broad range of Salesforce tasks including configuration, customization, and implementation, ensuring solutions meet business needs
- Serve as the primary liaison between go to market stakeholders and technical teams to facilitate mutual understanding and alignment
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports to stakeholders on the status and impact of Salesforce projects
- Oversee system testing and deployment activities to guarantee seamless performance and functionality
- Collaborate closely with the Salesforce team to design and implement system enhancements and recommend best practices
- Build and maintain robust technical solutions that align with business objectives and stakeholder requirements
- Develop detailed solution documentation and technical specifications for Salesforce enhancements and integrations
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certification is a plus
- Experience working with Agile teams and using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Monday, etc
