Requirements

  • At least 6-8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, configuration, and maintenance
  • Expertise in Salesforce customization (e.g., workflows, dashboards, reports)
  • Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with external tools (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Hub, gong, SalesNav, outlook, etc.)
  • Familiarity with data analytics/reporting tools within Salesforce
  • Excellent communication skills; must be a native English speaker
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce systems to meet business needs, including workflows, automation, dashboards, and reporting
  • Work closely with sales, customer service, marketing, and finance teams to align operational goals and maximize system efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and improve sales and revenue operations processes using Salesforce capabilities
  • Enable seamless integration of Salesforce with other tools (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Hub, etc.) and ensure data flow across systems
  • Ensure data accuracy within Salesforce and provide actionable insights through reporting and analytics tools
  • Manage system updates and projects using tools like Jira, ensuring timely delivery of solutions
  • Provide training to end-users on Salesforce best practices and support troubleshooting efforts as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Work experience in a multinational organization is highly desirable
  • Proven track record of optimizing sales/revenue operations processes through Salesforce solutions
  • Proficiency with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Jira) is essential
