Join Booksy as a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist and build and scale segmented lifecycle programs to drive engagement, improve retention, and increase customer lifetime value across our global beauty, health, and wellness marketplace. Collaborate with a dynamic team, using data-driven strategies to optimize customer journeys. You will strategically design and deploy multi-channel lifecycle campaigns, analyze key metrics, and partner with cross-functional teams. This fully remote position requires 5+ years of experience in lifecycle/CRM marketing within a SaaS or two-sided marketplace. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, excellent project management skills, and fluency in English. Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in Lifecycle/CRM marketing within a SaaS or two-sided marketplace environment, driving user engagement, retention, and revenue growth
- Deep understanding of customer journey mapping and multi-channel campaign optimization (email, push, SMS, in-app)
- Strong analytical skills with A/B testing, segmentation, and experience using marketing automation tools (Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, etc.)
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customer-centric messaging and experiences
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Fluent English
Responsibilities
- Strategically design and deploy multi-channel lifecycle campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app)
- Optimize customer journeys through data-driven A/B testing and segmentation
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional, personalized customer experiences
- Analyze and report on key metrics, driving continuous improvement and ROI
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a PLG environment
- Experience in building journeys that focus on both B2B and B2C customers
