Senior Scout, Quality Control

Summary

Join ScoutLogic, a leader in background screening, as a Senior Scout, Quality Control. You will evaluate organizational needs, recommend solutions to reduce manual errors, and conduct quality control for the WHS Organization. Responsibilities include weekly QC checks on Scouts, monthly quality analysis, escalating performance issues, reviewing process documentation, partnering with training and operations, assisting with audits, and supporting new-hire development. The role requires 5+ years of business experience, 6 months in the current WHS position at ScoutLogic, intermediate FCRA knowledge, mastery of ScoutLogic tools, and excellent communication skills. You must be independent and detail-oriented. Working hours are 8 AM to 5 PM CST.

Requirements

• 5+ years of overall business experience in a comparable industry
• 6 months tenure within current WHS position at ScoutLogic
• Intermediate level of understanding of FCRA policies
• Mastery of basic ScoutLogic procedures and tools
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Independent and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly QC on all WHS Scouts to ensure adherence to established SOPs
• Perform monthly quality analysis to identify root causes and solutions based on findings
• Escalate performance issues to the Director, Operations for any required action
• Conduct an independent review of process documentation to ensure adherence to the process
• Partner with the Training and Operations team to review and identify gaps in training
• Assists with both internal and external audits
• Assists training team with new-hire development
• Assists with general SOP updates, internal knowledge management tool updates and other process documentation as needed
