Senior SEO Specialist

This role involves hands-on work with the SEO Manager, managing third-party agencies, building sophisticated strategies for qualified buyer discovery, and preparing executive-level reports. Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in SEO
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Expert at working with platforms, including SEMRush, Google Analytics and Screaming Frog
• Able to work with remote team members and multiple stakeholders across various departments and countries
• Experienced at working comfortably across all levels of an organization
• Super energetic positive attitude, a strong sense of humor, and a hearty appetite for growth
• The ability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced startup environment as well as high emotional intelligence
• Curious about emerging technologies and marketing trends

Responsibilities

• Ensure the company hits its growth and efficiency targets by working within a critical function – SEO
• Co-own and execute the SEO strategy to achieve aggressive goals & targets to turn marketing into a revenue-driving growth force
• Plan, build, manage, analyze, and optimize SEO initiatives to deliver maximum impact
• Help manage SEO third-party agencies to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Build sophisticated strategies that make it easier for qualified buyers to discover Insider and convert
• Possess strong project management skills. Be self-motivated and extremely resourceful in driving projects forward
• Co-own the technical SEO roadmap with the Development team
• Proof content for blogs, websites, and social media for effective SEO keywords
• Prepare executive-level reports and summaries for the Senior Leadership Team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in technology or software/SaaS industry
• A university degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation software
• Salesforce CRM and Hubspot are preferred
• Experience working within an international company, managing multiple regions
