SEO Specialist

Requirements

• Proficiency in SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA4, and Google Search Console
• Experience using AI tools like Jasper, ChatGPT, copy.ai or similar to streamline SEO tasks
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles
• Proven experience of driving measurable organic growth in another SaaS organization
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• A deep passion for AI, and a commitment to shaping the future of digital experiences in the era of AI
• A motivated “can-do” individual, fluent in English and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• A mindset for growth & testing - always on the lookout for new ways to improve performance
• Strong analytical skills - you’ll know your way around numbers and be able to make assessments of performance and subsequent recommendations

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategy: Design and implement an innovative SEO strategy to increase organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, and drive conversions
• AI-Powered Optimization: Leverage AI tools for keyword research, content optimization, competitive analysis, and reporting
• Collaboration: Work closely with agency partners, tech vendors, and internal teams to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content that aligns with business objectives
• Technical SEO: Perform website audits to identify and fix technical SEO issues (e.g., site speed, schema markup, crawl errors)
• Stay Updated: Keep up with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and emerging AI technologies to ensure our strategies remain competitive
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze SEO metrics, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders to inform broader digital marketing efforts
