Summary

Join NeuraFlash as a Sr. Salesforce Consultant and contribute to our growing Service Cloud practice. You will work directly with clients to understand their needs, design and develop Salesforce solutions, and ensure successful project implementation. This role involves architecting and building Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning implementations, configuring solutions using Salesforce tools, and creating intuitive solutions for digital channels. You will collaborate with our AI team to develop innovative solutions and stay updated on the latest Salesforce features. Requirements

  • 3+ years project experience in a hands-on position
  • 2+ years experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity
  • Understanding of Customer Service and Field Service Business Operations with experience solving Complex Use Cases
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce Platform and its architecture
  • Basic understanding of Omni-channel, Knowledge Articles, Chatbots, Case Management, etc
  • Basic understanding of Service Cloud Object model and relationships
  • Basic understanding of Embedded Service Configuration and Email-to-Case + Web-to-Case
  • Experience building Custom Applications, Lightning Experience, Salesforce Field Service Mobile App Extensions, Visual Flows, Process Builders, and SLAs/Entitlement Processes within Salesforce
  • Understanding of Release Management, Application Lifecycle Management, Development Lifecycle, and Deployment Best Practices and Governance
  • Client facing experience in the following areas: Pre-Sales Activities, Project Management/Ownership, Discovery and Design, Delivering Solution Options to Customers, and Enterprise Application Architecture

Responsibilities

  • Work with our customers to define requirements, and also propose and deliver solutions
  • Architect and build best-in-class implementations of Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning
  • Configure Salesforce Solutions using point-and-click tools available on the platform (e.g., Process Builder and Visual Flows)
  • Build intuitive solutions around digital channels like chatbots and messaging
  • Understand and leverage Salesforce Platform to implement scalable solutions
  • Partner with our Artificial Intelligence team to create innovative Salesforce solutions for our customers
  • Acquire new technical expertise and understanding of latest Salesforce features and major launches

Preferred Qualifications

  • Any Salesforce Certifications are a plus, preferably Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Field Service Consultant
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar technical degree/ equivalent experience
  • Detail-oriented and a strong team player with great communication skills
  • Keeps an open mind and must be flexible to change
