Summary

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in the solar energy industry
  • 2+ years of that experience must be vendor/subcontractor management, including service contracting and onboarding

Responsibilities

  • Service Network Development (70%)
  • Identify geographies that require additional service network support for both residential and commercial portfolios
  • Source, vet, qualify, and sign (contracting) new Field Service Partners (FSPs) and Channel Partners
  • Prioritize FSP leads, support Business Development and Sales initiatives, and assist with FSP and Channel Partner onboarding and training
  • Provide data to validate FSP bandwidth, technical, safety, and training capacity
  • Assist with Channel Client relationship management
  • Service Network Performance (30%)
  • Assist as a conduit between Operations and Field Service Partners to ensure alignment and efficiency for high priority and batch project planning
  • Manage relationships and relay feedback to ensure operational efficiency between Omnidian and our FSPs and Channel Partners

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to negotiate renewal contracts ad enforce them
  • Experience with data analytics
  • Experience working with Salesforce
  • Experience in both residential and commercial solar
