Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs
  • ServiceNow Certificate(s) (e.g. CAD)
  • English language knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of ServiceNow solutions specifically tailored to Order Management processes
  • Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform to align with telecom-specific requirements
  • Implement automation scripts, business rules, and workflows to optimize telecom operations
  • Integration: Integrate ServiceNow via TM Forum APIS with fulfillment systems, assurance systems, billing systems, finance/procurement/logistics systems and other telecom-specific applications
  • Utilize Performance Analytics to track key metrics related to order fulfillment and service quality
  • Implement security controls and compliance measures specific to the telecommunications industry, including data privacy and regulatory requirements
  • Provide training and guidance to team members and end-users
  • Document all configurations, customizations, and best practices related to ITSM and Order Management
