Senior ServiceNow Applications Developer

Summary

Join Dynamo Technologies as a Lead ServiceNow Developer and play a pivotal role in deploying ServiceNow solutions for clients. You will configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow applications, leveraging your technical expertise to meet specific business needs. This position requires strong communication skills, an active government clearance, and experience with ServiceNow development and data migration. The role involves working autonomously and collaboratively within agile teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. A bachelor's degree in IT or a related field and at least six years of ServiceNow experience are required. The salary range is $125k-$135k.

Requirements

• Have an active government clearance
• Be able to work autonomously/with little oversight to configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow applications using App Engine to meet specific business requirements
• Be ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certified
• Be able to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Be a US Citizen (required by the federal government for this position)
• Be able to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance
• Reside in the United States (U.S.) and the work must be performed in the United States (U.S.)
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Have familiarity with the agile methodology and experience working on agile scrum teams
• Have a minimum of 6 years experience in ServiceNow

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow applications to meet specific business requirements
• Develop and maintain advanced scripts, business rules, and client scripts
• Support data migration design and activities from legacy systems to ServiceNow, ensuring data accuracy and consistency during the transition
• Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations to validate functionality, data integrity, and user experience
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations
