Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in social media management, specifically in B2B SaaS, preferably cybersecurity
- Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into engaging social content, especially platform-native video
- Deep understanding of B2B buying cycles and how social media influences the decision-making process
- Strong analytical skills with experience using social media analytics to drive strategy
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft technical content for different audiences
Responsibilities
- Craft and implement a social media strategy that amplifies our unique voice in the threat intelligence landscape while supporting our business goals
- Translate our unique technical insights, product launches, and thought leadership into engaging social content that resonates with security professionals
- Develop attention-grabbing content for LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and other B2B platforms that cuts through the noise
- Leverage AI tools strategically to enhance productivity and creativity, knowing when human expertise adds the most value
- Keep our audience informed with timely, relevant content that addresses industry developments, emerging threats, and company milestones
- Use data to understand what's working, refine our approach, and boost engagement with our target audience
- Spot opportunities to position our experts in meaningful industry conversations
- Keep an eye on how competitors are positioning themselves in the social space, and help us stay one step ahead
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing cybersecurity or threat intelligence products to enterprise customers
- Knowledge of compliance regulations affecting security and intelligence (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, etc.)
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Experience with paid social media campaigns targeting B2B decision-makers
