Summary
Join Spring Health's Member Experience Engineering team as a Senior Software Engineer II and build modern AI-powered experiences. This full-time, remote (or optionally hybrid) role involves integrating emerging AI technologies, building proprietary developer tools, and collaborating with a team of engineers. You will be responsible for successful project delivery, effective cross-functional collaboration, iterative learning and experimentation, and ensuring system quality. Requirements
- At least 7 years experience as a software engineer
- At least 2 years of professional experience with Python
- At least 3 years of experience building developer platforms and tool chains
- At least 2 years of experience with modern AI technologies
- Track record of proactive and collaborative leadership style
- Track record of providing technical guidance and creating clarity from ambiguity
