Summary

Join Spring Health's Member Experience Engineering team as a Senior Software Engineer II and build modern AI-powered experiences. This full-time, remote (or optionally hybrid) role involves integrating emerging AI technologies, building proprietary developer tools, and collaborating with a team of engineers. Requirements

  • At least 7 years experience as a software engineer
  • At least 2 years of professional experience with Python
  • At least 3 years of experience building developer platforms and tool chains
  • At least 2 years of experience with modern AI technologies
  • Track record of proactive and collaborative leadership style
  • Track record of providing technical guidance and creating clarity from ambiguity
