Summary

Join Dayshape, an award-winning software scale-up, as a Senior Software Implementation Consultant to support the onboarding of new enterprise customers in the US. Lead complex software implementation projects, conducting scoping workshops, designing integration solutions, and performing data mapping and configuration. You will ensure customers maximize product value, leveraging your understanding of Dayshape's complexities and customer needs. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, developing internal/external processes, and solving novel challenges to drive business transformation. The position offers a fast-growing environment with a start-up mindset, requiring travel to customer sites. Requirements

  • Possess a blend of soft and technical skills to effectively analyze business needs
  • Significant experience working with or within large global enterprises, including accountancy, professional services firms, media agencies or IT consultancies
  • Hands on experience configuring complex software solutions and designing for integrations with CRM and ERP solutions– you will have experience with ADF, JSON, SQL and JavaScript and have a solid demonstrable technical acumen
  • Strong customer-facing skills, we need you to win their hearts and minds and guide them through difficult business changes
  • A consultative attitude and demonstratable experience providing solutions to customers requirements, for example, experience in a Business Analyst position
  • The ability to contextualise the pain points in a customer’s business and understand how to apply and configure Dayshape to bring business efficiencies and improvements
  • A logical and analytical approach to problem-solving
  • Experience mentoring less experienced members of the team
  • Comfortable deputising for a Project Manager
  • The ability and attitude to contribute from day one

Responsibilities

  • Work on no more than 1-2 enterprise customer projects at any one time, doing the following
  • Lead workshops with business stakeholders and technical teams to interrogate the customer’s current and future working processes and how they use their existing systems, identifying any technical gaps, documenting requirements, designing solutions and ensuring successful delivery of projects
  • Collaborate with business units to understand their needs, and translate them into configuration and data specifications
  • Provide thorough assessments of current-state and future-state business processes to establish technical solutions and conduct cost-benefit analyses
  • Deliver comprehensive demos of Dayshape to new and prospective customers contextualising how the product can be used to transform their business process
  • Understand and build workflows for our complex customers
  • Run large onsite UAT sessions, managing issue trackers and tickets to ensure timely resolution, working with product to translate enhancement requests
  • Prepare and deliver customer ‘train the trainer’ training
  • Work with large, complex data sets
  • Support the wider team with technical guidance
  • Identify areas of improvement for customers and Dayshape’s rollout methodology
  • Mentor less experienced members of the team
  • Support the production of Statements of Work by inputting into solutioning the implementation of Dayshape

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing Workday or other PSA solutions
  • Experience working in resource management
  • Experience leading current-state and future-state workshops as part of the implementation project
  • Implementation pre-sales (solution consultant) experience
  • A seasoned remote worker with experience working in a geographically distributed team

  • Starting salary $95,000 - $115,000 dependent on experience
