Senior Solutions Architect

Summary

Join our team as a Solutions Architect and lead technical implementations to empower customers to build secure software with Chainguard. As the closest technical team member, you will partner with customers, drive adoption, and ensure high-quality images. With a strong focus on customer obsession, intentional action, and trust, we are looking for a continuous learner who can communicate technical information effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years experience in a post-sales role supporting clients in the Federal government
• 8+ years of experience developing high performance multi-tier applications. Strong experience in Kubernetes and Containers
• Ability to communicate technical information in highly technical and non-technical ways
• Continuous learner who has a strong intellectual drive for excellence
• At least a Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementations and drive adoption of Chainguard images
• Partner with the account team to understand customer vision, pain points, and proposed solution
• Ensure Chainguard Images are of highest quality - acting as “customer zero”
• Partner with our Product and Engineering teams to convey customer requirements
• Maintain appropriate account level architecture and share best practices
