Summary

The job is for a Senior Solutions Architect at Pindrop, a rapidly growing company specializing in voice authentication and fraud prevention. The role involves engaging with global clients to architect solutions tailored to their unique business needs, assisting the sales team, identifying risks, writing Statements of Work (SOWs), leading complex deployments, and gaining product knowledge.

Requirements

• 5+ years in SaaS professional services or consulting
• BSc/BEng or higher degree in Computer Science, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience required
• 5+ years implementing and leading enterprise, global SaaS projects
• Expertise in creating and managing Web Services (REST/SOAP/WSDL)
• Passionate about helping solve complex problems and proven ability to understand progressive technology
• Ability to explain highly technical concepts and functionality in a simple, easy to understand way
• Expertise with CCaaS provider solutions, Salesforce and other CRM experience

Responsibilities

• Engage & consult with global, strategic clients to architect solutions that deliver maximum value
• Assist the sales team in building confidence in Pindrop's solutions
• Identify & document all potential risks of a prospect or customer being successfully deployed and fully optimized on Pindrop
• Write accurate Statements of Work (SOWs) with proposed solutions that encompass all requirements, deliverables, schedules, tasks, and pricing
• Lead complex deployments from project kickoff to transition
• Gain a deep level of product knowledge and partner closely with product and engineering teams
