Senior Solutions Architect, Remote - Worldwide

Summary

The job is for a Senior Solutions Architect at Pondurance. The role involves helping organizations reduce the risk of breaches using MDR platform and Vulnerability Management services. The candidate should have substantial security expertise, be able to build strong relationships with prospects and customers, and deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements

• Experience with programming or scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, and Bash (preferred)
• Advanced knowledge of endpoint security or network security space – AV, EDR, incident response, forensics, SIEM, firewall, HIPS/IDS, etc
• Advanced experience in the security service provider space – MSSP, MDR, Vulnerability Management, Penetration Testing, etc

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between the technical and business realms and create value for key stakeholders
• Work with Account Executives in specific regions to win net new logos
• Work with Account Managers & Technical Account Managers to maintain retention of existing key customers
• Simplify complex security problems to a range of audiences
• Communicate and present to a range of audiences effectively
• Work with marketing to create effective technical content
• Embrace a customer first approach leveraging strong consultative skills developed from both successes and failures
• Ability to travel as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to provide expert recommendations on new solutions and improvements based on market trends
• Knowledge of malware, threat intelligence, and/or sandbox analysis (preferred)
• Experience in an IT role specifically as an Admin (preferred)
• Deep understanding of the OSI model as well as industry compliance such as PCI, NIST, HIPAA, GDPR, etc (preferred)
• Understanding of encryption, privacy, risk management, and other important aspects that touch, influence or drive security decisions (preferred)
• Security Certifications (preferred)
