Requirements

• 3+ years' experience as a pre-sales engineer
• 1+ years' working in offensive security consulting or supporting technical sales of offensive security solutions and services
• A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or relevant technical discipline is preferred
• A broad understanding of IT infrastructure, Amazon Web Services and other cloud platforms, Linux, and modern web application/API architecture
• Demonstrated knowledge of software architecture and the fundamentals of networking
• Understanding of the business needs and forces that drive technical and security decisions
• Ability to establish and grow professional, consultative relationships with our clients, up to and including the c-level
• Responsive; you prioritize timely communication and action, minimizing wait times
• The ability to travel 10-20% to client sites and sales meetings

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales and technical pre-sales support to customers
• Develop and deliver customer facing demos, presentations, and solution proposals
• Deliver product training and knowledge to customers and channel partners
• Research the customer’s business and understand their technology and the security concerns that relate to it
