Senior Solutions Engineer

Summary

Join Experian as a Sr. Solutions Engineer and partner with clients and internal teams to design and deliver scalable, flexible, and resilient solutions using the Ascend Ops platform. You will play a key role in generating new revenue and will be responsible for pre-sales support, client education, and solution design and implementation. This position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years of experience in design/implementation/consulting with distributed applications, and a strong understanding of consumer lending solutions. You will leverage your technical and program management skills to contribute to architecture discussions and ensure successful application migration. Requirements

• Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Have 5+ years of experience in design/implementation/consulting experience with distributed applications
• Have a strong understanding of mid and large-scale consumer lending solutions

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales support, leading and overseeing the delivery of both pre-configured and tailored solutions for Experian's clients
• Work with clients to solve their challenges
• Educate, train, design, and build cloud solutions for a diverse and challenging set of clients across industries
• Manage large-scale system transformations
• Hone existing technical and program management skills and develop new ones to contribute to deep architecture discussions
• Take part in deep-dive education and design exercises to create world-class solutions built by Experian
• Move fluidly from the big picture to the details, enabling the engineering teams to deliver complex and strategic solutions
• Capture complex client and product requirements, producing comprehensive flow charts and requirements documents
• Be an important member of business development, ensuring success in building and migrating applications on Experian's Ascend Ops platform
• Serve as a technical liaison between clients, engineering teams, and support
