Responsibilities
- Develop and execute prospecting strategies to identify and generate new business opportunities in key markets
- Conduct thorough research on prospects to personalize proposals and approaches
- Maintain continuous contact with potential and current clients through calls, emails, virtual and in-person meetings
- Lead product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations, ensuring a clear understanding of the value of Sofia's solutions
- Manage the negotiation process to ensure the successful conclusion of commercial agreements
- Meet and exceed sales objectives, contributing to business growth in key markets
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and post-sales customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring effective and valuable communication
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring loyalty
- Identify opportunities to expand business relationships, including cross-selling and upselling
- Record and monitor all activities in the CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data
- Generate regular progress reports and share key insights with the leadership team
