Remote Senior Staff Consultant

Summary

Join our dynamic and non-hierarchical work culture as a Pre-Sales Consultant in the Industry and Automation Practice at Nagarro. You will help steer client initiatives by enabling and supporting the sales cycle, plan marketing events, generate leads, craft client pitches, own proposals to clients, and more.

Requirements

• Technology driven experience in at least one domain: manufacturing, industrial, automotive, light engineering, heavy engineering, chemical, food, beverages, consumer goods, agriculture
• Consultative mindset to look at the big picture by identifying the client's business problems, identify solution options and propose optimal solution to the client
• Experience in creating formal responses for RFI/RFQ, often in short time duration and in the process own the proposal response process from start to finish
• Agility and curiosity to perform background research on client, industry, competition, technology, domain
• Excellent fluency in English language
• MS office usage (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Basic knowledge of at least two of the following technologies: Data analytics/ IoT / Cloud/ Enterprise software / Application development / Mobile / Reality Technologies / User Experience / Testing / Business Intelligence/UI-UX design
• Ability to communicate with clarity, know how to disagree, how to address opposition, how to navigate the conflicts in multi-stakeholder requirement and how to build consensus

Preferred Qualifications

• Good understanding of the methods and best practices for SDLC, project management and resource loading
• Post-graduate studies in Engineering and an MBA from a top tier institute
• Previous experience of creating marketing materials (campaign design, videos, brochures)
• Previous experience in conducting customer workshops to elicit their business requirements
