Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master
• Experience with Agile project scoping
• Should be able to handle technical discussions with architects and propose improvement ideas
• Effective communicator when presenting status updates to key stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Understanding Product roadmap and technical scope of the project
• Ensure timely delivery for Scrum/Kanban teams
• Setup all Agile ceremonies in the project
• Effective in knowledge transfer from on-site to off-shore
• Effectively engage the client on daily basis
