Requirements

  • 10+ years of project/program management experience in mid/large size companies, ideally on a design team
  • BA/BS degree or higher in Business Management, Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Operations and Information Management (OIM) or other equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead product and engineering teams that revolutionize customer and industry workflows, enhancing efficiency and setting new standards
  • Identify problems other missed, make reasoned decisions with imperfect or ambiguous information, and be proactive in identifying the best path forward
  • Work on new, complex, high-priority initiatives with a sense of urgency while remaining flexible and meeting tight deadlines
  • Apply your breadth of experience to make continuous improvements to process and tools that support delivery of software
  • Spearhead pre-planning and planning processes within CSM platform teams, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
  • Drive engineering excellence by tracking and supporting the organization in meeting deliverables and key metrics
  • Facilitate timely engagement from cross-functional teams to prevent bottlenecks
  • Act as a change agent, championing and communicating innovative solutions across the organization
  • Deliver effective strategies and solutions by proactively mitigating obstacles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in product-based organizations
  • SAFe experience a plus along with metrics reporting experience
