Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (Bachelor of Science); Master’s Degree (MHA or MBA) preferred
• Have 7+ years of experience querying data, data interpretation, and report generation using modern analytics tools such as Tableau and/or Power BI
• Have 7+ years of sales support experience for large and complex clients including scoping, estimating, and Return of Investment (ROI) models/realization
• Have 7+ years of combined in-depth experience with value-based care models, payer operations, and payvider revenue cycle management measures
• Have 7+ years of experience in working with MEDITECH Expanse, Cerner, Allscripts, or Epic health information systems
• Have 7+ years of relevant professional work experience with complex analysis in healthcare data such as HL7, C-CDA, NCQA HEDIS, CMS & STARS, ICD, DRG, CPT, SNOMED CT, LOINC, NDC, Medi-Span, and RxNorm
• Possess strong empathy for customers and a passion for driving revenue and growth
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to foster strong professional relationships
• Possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex concepts and strategies into clear, actionable information

Responsibilities

• Establish a deep understanding of clients to uncover and address their needs and solve complex business problems with effective reporting and analytics solutions
• Lead ideation sessions using lean principles to develop, document, and analyze present state process maps and develop future state models
• Lead the design, development, and ongoing support of clinical and financial integrated data models and reports used by provider and payer management in decision-making
• Map data from client source data to data models, write SQL to load data, and perform data analysis with ETL
• Deliver presentations of MedeAnalytics solution suite to clients during the pre-sales and sales process
• Summarize testing and validation results and communicate and make recommendations on the best course for remediation
• Create and maintain data integrity by providing quality data profiling ensuring known constraints to operate in the Client’s environment
• Increase adoption through collaborative, proactive consultation with clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Possess Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ®), Certified Health Data Analyst (CHDA®), Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR®), Certified Professional Coder (CPC®), and/or Certified Professional in Digital Health Transformation Strategy (CPDHTS®)
• Have experience using AI-powered agents for increased productivity
