Summary

Join Moloco as a Senior Strategic Growth Manager and partner with Moloco Commerce Media (MCM) customers to help them build successful performance marketing businesses. You will act as a client Go-To-Market (GTM) expert, providing guidance on pricing strategies, scalable ad policies, campaign management, optimization, and overall business scaling. This remote position, ideally based in the Paris area, focuses on enabling customer success by crafting GTM strategies to drive ad revenue growth. You will identify growth levers, build strategic partnerships, educate advertisers, and execute initiatives to achieve goals. Data-driven decision-making, clear communication, and optimized solutions are key aspects of this role. You will lead client meetings and business reviews.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of relevant work experience, ideally gained at a strategy consulting firm and/or Ad-tech company
  • Mobile/internet industry and performance advertising/Ad-tech experience
  • Outstanding communication skills to build trustworthy relationships with clients
  • Great co-working skills with multiple stakeholders to accomplish business goals
  • Experience managing and executing strategic programs
  • Excellence in problem-solving, logical and out-of-box thinking to meet customer needs
  • Rigor with data (exposure to ML-based products is a plus)
  • Comfort working in a 0-1 environment with willingness to embrace ambiguity
  • Ownership and passion for continuous growth and creating real value
  • Detail oriented, and yet willing to embrace ambiguity
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-growing global company
  • Fluency in both English and French

Responsibilities

  • Partner with MCM (Moloco Commerce Media) customers to help them build out a performance marketing business
  • Function as a client Go-To-Market (GTM) expert, educating and advising on pricing strategy, scalable ad policies, selling performance campaigns, campaign management and optimization, and how to scale a performance advertising business
  • Enable our customers to be successful by growing their ads business; crafting GTM strategies with our MCM clients to help drive incremental ad revenue growth
  • Identify growth levers and product improvement opportunities
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with deep understanding of customer verticals
  • Educate business users and advertisers on performance ads values and operations
  • Identify actionable growth initiatives and execute flawlessly to achieve goals
  • Enable decision-making with a data-driven strategy and valuable insights
  • Translate complex data analysis into simple language for clear communications
  • Capture customers’ needs and devise optimized and productive solutions
  • Lead multiple client meetings and regular business reviews

Preferred Qualifications

Retail media experience and/or exposure preferred
