Summary

Join Unite Us as a Senior Strategic Sales Director and spearhead the growth of our enterprise business within the California Health Plan market. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, managing sales pipelines, and consistently exceeding sales quotas. This role requires extensive experience in enterprise sales, particularly within the SaaS and healthcare sectors. A deep understanding of CMS requirements and the ability to navigate complex government programs is crucial. Requirements

  • At least 8 years of enterprise sales or relevant leadership experience
  • Experience making formal presentations to the executive leadership of large enterprise corporations
  • Expertise selling SaaS solutions directly to Health Plans (Medicaid and Medicare) and ability to be the company’s subject matter expert
  • An understanding of CMS requirements, and the ability to work with local government agencies (State Medicaid) to influence requirements and deliver complex programs (1115 waivers)
  • The ability to maintain a deep understanding of the sales pipeline, trends, and potential risk
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
  • Desire to build and own your book of business
  • Team-spirit - you’re able to promote a positive culture and work well cross-functionally in a setting that includes sales support & operations, marketing, and product
  • Comfortability using and discussing technologies and an aptitude for learning
  • All team members will be required to pass a background check which includes criminal, employment, and education verification

Responsibilities

  • Manage and work the California Health Plan market, focusing on enterprise opportunities
  • Build new relationships with executives, government leadership, and key decision-makers within assigned accounts
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast through Unite Us CRM tools
  • Effectively communicate the vision and value of Unite Us technology to prospects and clients
  • Consistently meet or exceed the predetermined quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Identify, visit, and influence decision-makers of prospective customers
  • Upsell and cross-sell within the existing client base
  • Participate in sales training

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS sales
  • A Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree (MBA)
  • California-based
