Summary
Join Vanta's Enterprise Engineering team as a Senior Systems Engineer and build, iterate on processes and workflows to enhance employee experience. You will architect, design, deploy, and maintain business-critical systems, assist stakeholders with policy implementation, develop automation scripts, act as an escalation point for the Ops team, and create and maintain related procedures and documentation. This role requires experience with FedRAMP Authorization, application administration, various CLI tools and programming languages (GAM, Python, Bash), advanced IAM knowledge, API integration, and working in high-growth companies. Excellent communication skills are essential. Requirements
- Have experience with FedRAMP Authorization
- Have experience with application administration of various productivity tools and platforms
- Have experience with various CLI tools and various programming/scripting languages (GAM, Python, Bash)
- Have advanced knowledge of IAM systems and experience with API integration work
- Have experience working in high-growth companies with rapidly shifting IT needs
- Can communicate effectively and be able to break down complex problems into easily digestible tasks
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, deploy, and assist in maintaining business critical systems
- Assist cross functional stakeholders with implementing and enforcing policies on systems
- Develop scripts and workflows to assist in automation of tasks
- Act as an escalation point for teammates on the Ops team
- Create and maintain procedures, standards, and documentation related to areas of responsibility
- Configure and own the tools within the collaboration space
- Turn business requirements into technical solutions
