Summary
Join Xentral ERP, a European software company, as a Partner Acquisition Manager to lead the full partner acquisition process. You will identify and engage high-potential agencies, develop compelling value propositions, negotiate contracts, and represent Xentral at industry events. Requirements
- Bring 6+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships, ideally in B2B SaaS, an ERP agency, or a fast-paced e-commerce environment
- Have a strong track record of initiating and closing strategic deals that drive significant revenue impact
- Be skilled in deal structuring, value-based selling, and contract negotiation with new partners
- Excel at building relationships and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage pipelines confidently, forecast accurately, and track KPIs to drive performance
- Be proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus) and approach work with a growth mindset, data focus, and strong execution skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the acquisition process of new strategic partners, from identification until final partnership contract closing
- Proactively identify and engage with high-potential agencies that align with our strategic goals, using tailored outreach and strong relationship-building skills
- Develop and present compelling value propositions and business cases that address each partnerβs unique needs and capabilities
- Negotiate contract terms and tiering of new partners
- Visit partners on site and attend E-Commerce and Partner events and fairs, where you will have the opportunity to enhance your network, engage with potential new partners and build the brand of our Ecosystem
- Take full ownership of your partner pipeline, track and optimize your pipeline and partner forecast accurately, and maintain up-to-date records in our CRM (HubSpot experience is a plus)
- Collaborate closely with internal teams like Product, Sales, Marketing, and Legal to ensure alignment and successful partner onboarding
