Join our dynamic and innovative Tech E-commerce Group, Trafilea, as an IT Talent Acquisition Lead in LATAM. This role is instrumental in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for senior complex IT positions, developing a comprehensive IT talent acquisition strategy, and building relationships with IT leaders and hiring managers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an IT specialized recruiter with deep understanding of sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for complex IT positions
  • 2+ years of managing and mentoring a team of junior recruiters and providing guidance and support as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree in business admin or human resources
  • Project management experience is desirable - the ability to plan, organize, and execute recruitment projects and initiatives
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to develop and maintain recruitment metrics and analytics, and use that data to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment efforts
  • A detail-oriented self-starter, an exceptional listener, and a skilled communicator (both verbal and written)
  • A highly organized person that has hand-on attitude that is always looking to resolve issues
  • A positive team player with a proven ability to motivate and lead their team

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive IT talent acquisition strategy
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for senior complex IT positions
  • Manage TA Team IT Cluster: plan and align with the members of the IT cluster what are the best ways to find talent, work setting up goals for the cluster members, help remove blockers and give visibility to issues that need to be discussed
  • Build relationships with IT leaders and hiring managers
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, tools, and technologies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners
  • Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and analytics
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and IT leaders
