As a recruiter, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring teams. You will work closely with hiring managers, provide a world-class candidate experience, and communicate effectively with applicants. You will also spread the Fever message by attending virtual job fairs and managing the candidate pipeline. This role requires 4+ years of experience in a similar tech industry, a degree in a relevant field, and excellent communication and networking skills. Requirements

- Inquisitive nature: being analytical and creative helps you to find talent for any role
- Strong stakeholder manager: excellent communication skills, unbeatable market insight and proven expertise up to director level help drive decisions through data and reporting
- Eager to learn and help: you understand the overall goal of your team and not just your own objectives
- +4 years of experience, preferably including in-house within a similar tech or related industry player. Experience in a fast-growing tech environment is a plus
- A degree in Business, Psychology, Law, or similar field
- C1 or Native English level, other languages are a plus
- Experience working with ATS systems
- A solid understanding of Feverโs vision, business model, and operations
- Unsurpassable networking skills and the ability to create smart recruiting partnerships
Responsibilities
- Identify and source high-quality candidates through a variety of channels
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: creating job ads, screening job applications, phone interviews, video screening, candidate testing, conducting interviews, and coordination with the hiring teams
- Work closely with hiring managers in helping them define the recruitment process
- Provide a world-class candidate experience
- Communicate feedback effectively to applicants
- Spread the Fever message by attending virtual job fairs, e-meetups, etc
- Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify future opportunities for growth
