Requirements

• At least 5 years of proven experience as an IT Recruiter working for mid to large BPO or outsourcing firms
• Successfully placed many IT roles (from Dev related to ERP, CRM and other disciplines) for US companies
• Experience sourcing candidates across Latin America using various tools and strategies
• In-depth knowledge of IT functions and the technical skills required for various positions
• Experience conducting interviews in English (validating technical skills and soft skills)
• Experience working with ATS systems (Lever) and other tools including AI tools
• Must be a hunter for searching candidates and have a large rolodex of professionals across LATAM
• Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT positions, from sourcing and selection to interviews, negotiation, and hiring
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand technical needs and requirements
• Use various sourcing techniques across LATAM, including social media, networking, and referrals, to attract top candidates
• Work independently to meet hiring goals and deadlines
• Provide updates to Hiring Managers on the progress of recruitment processes and offer guidance and support to candidates throughout the selection process
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes
