Summary

You will consult on compensation and benefits, cultivate a diverse candidate pipeline, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in Recruiting / Talent Acquisition
  • 100% bilingual in English
  • Experience recruiting for the USA is mandatory
  • Effective communicator with outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for multiple concurrent roles effectively
  • Demonstrated experience using a variety of sourcing techniques, including social networking, internet, and other database searches
  • Thorough experience in the full-cycle recruitment process: client-facing assessment of needs, wants, and goals, networking, job ad placement, vetting of applications, interviewing, running assessments, etc
  • Highly organized and maintains solid attention to detail
  • Skilled in software systems like CRM / Candidate Management, project management tools, and the Google Suite

Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle recruiting of assigned roles - specifically remote roles based in the US
  • Employ effective sourcing techniques and recruiting strategies that help locate the best talent
  • Maintain immaculate candidate tracking records and reports at the ATS (Lever & SourceWhale)
  • Consult on the compensation and benefits needs for assigned roles
  • Cultivate and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline
  • Conduct searches for qualified candidates using databases, networking, the internet, social media, media advertisements, job fairs, and employee referrals
  • Ensure candidates and clients receive information in a timely and accurate manner
  • Perform screens, reference checking, and background checks on prospective candidates
  • Understand current/future hiring needs and analyze the labor market to develop and recommend the right recruiting strategies for the business
  • Must exhibit keen attention to client needs and requests while fostering strong candidate relationships
  • Drive an exceptional candidate experience through every touch point in the recruiting process, regardless of the outcome

Preferred Qualifications

  • Agency experience is nice to have
  • Experience using Lever & SourceWhale as an ATS is a plus
