You will have 3+ years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, be a strategic thinker, and possess experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter. You'll collaborate with hiring managers, attract talent, and serve as the primary contact for candidates. You will also act as a brand ambassador and refine recruiting best practices. Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on recruiting experience, ideally including technical roles
• Experience working with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong work ethic, high integrity, and a team-player
• Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to build relationships
• Positive attitude in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Like to work hard, have fun, laugh with colleagues, and embrace accountability

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and execute recruiting strategies
• Attract and nurture talent through ATS, LinkedIn, social media and referrals
• Serve as the primary contact and help create an outstanding experience for candidates
• Act as a high-energy brand ambassador for WIN on social media and other channels
• Build and continually refine best practices and target metrics for recruiting
• Be highly responsive, and communicate rapidly with the team and management
