Requirements
- Deeply motivated by CodePathβs mission to transform computer science education
- 2+ years of Talent Engagement experience in a fast-paced environment
- Deep knowledge of an ATS and how to optimize it
- Passion to learn the basic technical fundamentals of the positions for which youβre hiring
- Ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates
Responsibilities
- Coordinate a high volume of interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency while ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Collaborate with recruiters, hiring partners, and other key stakeholders to ensure a high touch, white-glove interview experience from start to finish
- Primary owner of Greenhouse (Recruiting ATS)
- Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality both internally and externally
- Execute on strategies to identify, attract, and engage with the best talent (sourcing, referrals, first-round screening, and more)
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize data to inform Talent Engagement team efforts
- Responsible for ensuring a positive new hire experience and supporting the People team with onboarding tasks and projects as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical recruiting experience in software, and highly specialized roles
- Experience with tools like Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn, and G Suite
- Success operating and collaborating in a start-up environment with autonomy
- Exposure to HR-related tasks particularly Onboarding
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Understanding of best practices in recruitment and interviewer compliance
