Requirements

  • Deeply motivated by CodePath’s mission to transform computer science education
  • 2+ years of Talent Engagement experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep knowledge of an ATS and how to optimize it
  • Passion to learn the basic technical fundamentals of the positions for which you’re hiring
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate a high volume of interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency while ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Collaborate with recruiters, hiring partners, and other key stakeholders to ensure a high touch, white-glove interview experience from start to finish
  • Primary owner of Greenhouse (Recruiting ATS)
  • Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality both internally and externally
  • Execute on strategies to identify, attract, and engage with the best talent (sourcing, referrals, first-round screening, and more)
  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize data to inform Talent Engagement team efforts
  • Responsible for ensuring a positive new hire experience and supporting the People team with onboarding tasks and projects as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical recruiting experience in software, and highly specialized roles
  • Experience with tools like Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn, and G Suite
  • Success operating and collaborating in a start-up environment with autonomy
  • Exposure to HR-related tasks particularly Onboarding
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Understanding of best practices in recruitment and interviewer compliance
