Requirements

  • Excel at identifying and attracting top talent by crafting compelling outreach messages and employing innovative and unconventional methods to find and engage exceptional candidates
  • Be a high achiever and always raise the bar for yourself and for those around you
  • Be comfortable operating within defined parameters as well as with a high degree of ambiguity
  • Be highly ambitious and love being challenged with complex talent searches
  • 5+ years of experience sourcing top talent, ideally within a fast-paced startup environment across a variety of business functions including technical and non-technical roles
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple searches simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Responsibilities

  • Source top talent for mid-to-senior level roles across a variety of business functions including product management, software engineering, data science, product design, user research, growth marketing, creative production, legal, editorial content, human resources, finance and operations
  • Leverage advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates through various channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other niche community platforms
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and implement effective sourcing and outreach strategies tailored to specific roles
  • Identifying talent dense companies and industry-leading organizations in order to source top tier candidates from centers of excellence
