  • Exceptional organization and prioritization skills to juggle multiple high-impact projects

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to deeply understand the technical requirements, team dynamics, and strategic fit of our most critical roles
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, such as competitive battle cards, tooling, and future-proofing candidates, to build a robust pipeline of top-tier talent
  • Support Talent Acquisition Partners on operations, including managing job requisitions and communicating with candidates
  • Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize your sourcing approach, driving greater efficiency and impact
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience, engaging passive talent with your personalized touch and subject-matter expertise
  • Serve as a sourcing maven, tapping into diverse networks and unconventional channels to surface hard-to-find, game-changing individuals
