Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in in-house executive search teams or executive search agencies
• 5+ years of experience in executive sourcing or talent acquisition specifically focused on sourcing senior/executive-level candidates
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience sourcing for critical roles in diverse industries such as technology, finance, crypto, or other specialized sectors
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and engage high-level talent
• Confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders and executives
• Strong team player with the ability to build effective working relationships across departments and with external candidates

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of top talent for current and future roles across multiple departments by leveraging boolean searches, advanced sourcing techniques, and creative networking/events to locate and engage passive candidates
• Research target companies, market trends, and candidate availability in specific industries to inform talent acquisition strategies
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the requirements and nuances of executive roles fully
• Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities, candidate data, and hiring metrics to track progress and drive improvements in the talent sourcing process
• Analyze sourcing metrics to evaluate efficiency and outcomes, making recommendations for process improvements
• Effectively manage candidate relationships through the sourcing, interview, and offer stages
