Senior Talent Sourcer

Summary

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on professional platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
• Creative problem-solving and decision-making using analytical skills
• A minimum of 1 year of initial experience in recruiting or talent acquisition in a dynamic environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, minimum C1 is essential

Responsibilities

• Source suitable candidates through various sourcing channels
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to define candidate personas
• Ability to follow up / reach out to different types of candidates and to engage with them
• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming candidates
• Book and coordinate the different steps of the recruitment process
• Measure and record conversion rates
• Create talent pipelines for current and future hires
• Interact with potential candidates on professional networks

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced user knowledge of LinkedIn, Lever, Greenhouse, or other ATS tools
