Senior Tech Recruiter

Summary

Join EarnIn's Talent Acquisition team as a Senior Technical Recruiter to contribute to the growth of our Engineering team. This remote position focuses on hiring technical talent, building hiring strategies, and managing candidate pipelines. You will partner with engineering teams, utilize ATS systems, and ensure compliance with all processes and regulations. A deep understanding of the technical talent market and strong sourcing and closing skills are crucial. The US base salary range is $151,200 - $184,800 + equity + benefits. Requirements

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with a proven track record in sourcing and engaging passive Engineering candidates
• Significant experience developing strategic sourcing and recruiting strategies
• Fluency in ATS systems (ideally Greenhouse) and 3P tools (IE, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, etc.)
• A data-driven mindset and the ability to leverage recruiting systems
• Deep knowledge of the Engineering talent market and how to build pipelines within it
• Strong project management skills and experience building, refining, and iterating on recruiting processes
• Experience building solid relationships with executives and talent
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• A passion for financial fairness and mobile technology

Responsibilities

• Source technical talent from a variety of tools with a strong emphasis on both quality and quantity
• Build repeatable and strong candidate pipelines of technical talent (primarily focused on engineering) for several positions concurrently
• Define hiring strategy for both individual roles and the region
• Partner closely with technical leadership to provide updates and strategy
• Organize hiring and networking events for talent as needed
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience for external talent and a high level of customer service for internal stakeholders
• Successfully close and onboard talent to EarnIn
