Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on senior level recruiting experience running the recruiting process from beginning to end
• Previous experience running a full recruiting desk is highly desirable
• Previous experience recruiting for technical and commercial roles required
• Experience recruiting for hi-tech startups strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal English fluency required
• Operational excellence is expected
• Attention to detail and multi-tasking are important
• Bachelor degree from a top university
• Experience with applicant tracking systems required

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with executives/hiring managers to convert them into customers
• Work with hiring managers to identify recruiting needs and prioritize positions based on the portfolio company's goals
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the entire interview process
• Source high quality talent for all positions and negotiate a compensation package that focuses on long-term gain
• Recommend and execute the best recruiting strategy, knowing where the best talents congregate and finding opportunities to network with them
• Use different HR and recruiting systems to manage the hiring process and recruiting funnel
• Negotiate offers that focus on long-term incentives within a reasonable timeline
